20 years of North Indian cooking in Kastrup
Inder'n is a family business, and we have cooked North Indian food in Kastrup for more than 20 years from the same kitchen. We grind whole spices in house instead of opening tubs of premix. We simmer our sauces from scratch every day we are open, and we bake naan to order in the tandoor. Travellers and airline crew landing at CPH have ordered from us for years, which is how we learned what a tired guest at 19:00 actually wants: a hot, generous, properly spiced dinner that arrives fast.
How we build a butter chicken
A good butter chicken is not a shortcut dish. We marinate the chicken in yoghurt and spices, cook it separately so it stays tender, then fold it into a tomato base that we reduce with butter and cream until it turns silky. The balance of heat, sweetness, and acidity comes from the order in which we add the spices, not from added sugar. The same care goes into our Lamb Rogan Josh, slow-cooked in whole spices, and our Dal Makhani, where black lentils simmer for hours until rich and smooth. Pickup mains run from 109 to 139 DKK.
