1. Who are we?
Inder'n is a family-run Indian takeaway located at Sirgræsvej 4, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark. We are the data controller for the personal data we collect about you as a customer through our website and services.
2. What data do we collect?
We may collect the following personal data:
- Contact details: name, email address, and phone number (via the contact form or catering enquiry)
- Order data: order contents, delivery address, and payment status — processed via our ordering platform OrderYOYO
- Technical data: language preference stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — no cookies are sent to our servers
We do not collect special categories of personal data (national ID, health data, etc.).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Order fulfilment — processing and delivering your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
- Customer service — responding to enquiries via the contact form. Legal basis: legitimate interests, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
- Catering quotes — preparing a quote based on your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
4. Third parties we share data with
We only share your data to the extent necessary to deliver our services:
- OrderYOYO — our online ordering platform processes order data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
- Wolt — delivery platform that processes delivery data for orders placed via Wolt.
- Vercel — our website is hosted on Vercel (USA), which complies with GDPR international transfer requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
- Order data: up to 5 years (Danish bookkeeping obligations)
- Contact enquiries: deleted within 2 years of closure
- Language preference (localStorage): stored locally in your browser; deleted when you clear your browser data
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
