Call 50 29 13 71 or email indern.kastrup@gmail.com with your headcount, preferred delivery time, and any dietary needs. We confirm the menu, send a single invoice, and deliver to your office across Copenhagen, Kastrup, Tårnby and Amager. Minimum 20 people, from 150 DKK per person.
What is the lead time for an office group order?
For lunch delivery the same day, order before 14:00. For larger orders of 40 or more people, give us 24 hours so the kitchen can prep fresh. We can usually accommodate last-minute orders if you call us directly.
Do you handle dietary restrictions and allergens?
Yes. Every group order can mix vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal options. Tell us your headcount split when you order. The full allergen list is on our menu page and we tag each tray on delivery.
How is the food delivered and kept warm?
Hot food is delivered in insulated chafing trays that stay warm for around 90 minutes. We include serving spoons, biodegradable plates, cutlery and napkins. For sit-down team lunches we can also provide individual lunch boxes.
What does an office group order cost?
Group orders start at 150 DKK per person for a buffet of two curries, rice, naan, and one side. Larger menus with three or four curries, dessert and drinks run from 195 to 250 DKK per person. Minimum 20 people, single invoice with VAT for easy expensing.

We deliver across Kastrup, Tårnby, Amager, the Copenhagen Airport district, Ørestad and central Copenhagen. Standard delivery window is 30 to 45 minutes from our kitchen at Sirgræsvej 4 in Kastrup.
